The Syracuse Ukrainian Cultural Center is a not-for-profit, nonsectarian, charitable, and educational corporation. Its purpose is two-fold: 1) to encourage study, knowledge, and interest in the Ukrainian language and culture; and 2) to be a service organization to the community in areas of social, medical, legal and senior assistance and/or referral. In accordance with its purpose and goals, the UCC considers itself and is intended to be qualified as a tax-exempt, non-profit 501c3 corporation under the laws of the State of New York and the Internal Revenue Service Laws of the United States.
The Ukrainian Cultural Center has recently established a rolling Capital Improvement fund. This fund will exclusively maintain and improve our building and property, thereby facilitating and supporting Ukrainian-American cultural activities for years to come.Â
